Ubiquity has been an important part of VSC projects since we first realised that our analysis and design method was similar to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) proposed by Eric Evans in his 2005 book. Our ‘Ubiquity Method’ developed as a blend of Domain-Driven Design (Evans), Data Warehouse Toolkit (Kimball) and other analysis and design techniques.
The Ubiquity web application allows you to store artefacts from your Domain-Driven Design, and from other analysis and design methods, in one place together with other software-lifetime data; and crucially share it all right across your team.
Ubiquity has grown to include project data, Agile work task management, test records and many reporting features that allow you to maintain control over your development projects.
